Great hotel. Went in November with my mother (70) and my brother. It is a few miles out of Marrakech, but they provide a free shuttle service, which worked well for us.
The only problem was that the WIFI was flaky when I was there.
They organised trips for us, which were all great, as long as you know what you are letting yourself in for. I had been to Marrakech previously so was prepared to be taken to tourist shops and shown carpets, beauty products, and other knick-knaks. It isn't my idea of fun but my mum liked it and on the whole it is all done gently and with a smile. You might have to say No more than you are normally comfortable with but it isn't usually a problem. A couple of times the guides asked for tips, which gets a bit annoying when you have already agreed a price with the hotel. I tended to tip people who did a great job and refuse those who didn't, regardless of how insistent they were. Organising it all through the hotel gave me confidence that I didn't need to pay extra if I didn't want to.
