Très bel hôtel

Posted 08-May-2016

From start to finish our stay at the Sirayane was simply amazing! We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the nicest hotel manager I've ever met with some delicious Moroccan tea. He gave us a guided tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. We were very pleasantly surprised to find we'd been upgraded for free!! As we arrived at our room the porter was already there waiting for us with our bags! It is so peaceful!! A little bit of heaven just a 10-15 minute shuttle journey (provided by the hotel) from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Even the owner of the Sirayane personally greeted us and made sure everything was perfect during our stay on more than one occasion. Which it most certainly was. I'd rate my stay even higher if I could! Keep doing what you're doing. Amazing 5 stars

Nice Hotel but remote location

Posted 17-Apr-2016
Pros: Staff
Cons: Location, wider choice of food on the lunch and room service menu. More DVD's in english or wider choice of television with better reception.
Location: Nothing is nearby, need to get a taxi or the shuttle service to the medina
The hotel staff was very friendly and professional but for me the location was a bit remote as a first time visitor of Marrakesh. It would have been nice to be closer to some other restaurants and shopping without feeling compelled to go by taxi every time you needed to leave the hotel. There is nothing within walking distance to this hotel. Yes there is a shuttle service which runs around every 4 hours or so but sometimes you don't want to be stuck near the medina for that long waiting for a shuttle back. The dining choices were also a bit limited especially if you were eating frequently in the hotel. The twin beds in our rooms were a bit close together and with the overall dark modern decor left me feeling claustrophobic during my stay. It's a lovely hotel for any tourists who want to spend the whole day lying on a sunbed but not for those who want to discover the city or pursue other activities. Suitable for honeymooners rather than families with children.

Fantastic Hotel

Posted 19-Feb-2016
Pros: The pool area was wonderful, such a different type of sunbed so comfy to lie on. The pool boy was brilliant too. I pretty much liked everything.
Location: There is nothing much around but the free shuttle runs regularly and taxi's are cheap enough if you want to go into town at other times.
From the minute we entered the hotel, which is amazing in itself, nothing was too much trouble, check in was easy, with mint tea, bags taken to the room very discreetly as in not hanging around for a tip. From here throughout the stay this was the bench mark for the staff as a whole, from the restaurant, bar, spa, reception, pool staff and also including the guy who drove the shuttle bus, I cannot say enough about them or the hotel. I was worried prior to going with it only having 28 rooms staff would be sparse and just not cut it. I needn't have worried they were attentive but only when required. The owner and manager were so pleasant and helpful I was unwell for a couple of days and they were so concerned even when my husband went to breakfast on his own they sent fresh strawberries to our room for me. The food was stunning, always perfectly cooked, and even when I thought I may not like something it was always delicious. We will definitely coming here again.

Calme et tranquillité assurées.

Posted 24-Dec-2015 on Hotels
Séjour pour le calme et la tranquillité, parfaitement réussi de ce point de vue. Par ailleurs, la navette gratuite et fréquente met la ville à 20' de l'hôtel ce qui est parfait pour y faire un tour.
