Mould in the pool, flies everywhere, bees, and the walls are thinner than credit cards. After 11pm you can’t even talk on your phone without complaint, and the area was in the most ghetto part of marrekech. I will NOT advise anyone staying here, I couldn’t stay my full 5 days because of issues, and I got sick. They charged me 5 days even when I left morning or day 4 due to health issues, owner was useless and greedy. Will NOT return to Marrakech due to the experience at this Riad. AC was blowing hot air to top it off, worst stay experience of my life. Breakfast was bland, no variety, same thing everyday. I had better breakfasts in Istanbul. Be prepared to get harassed by locals in this area daily to buy or get taxi, everyone is money hungry here, no genuine person, not even one. Taxi drivers have no gps and do not speak English, so most will not know how to get to this Riad, you’re left to figure it out or walk the rest of the way. Horrific experience, Morocco will not see me again.

The staff Mohammed and Yussef are so welcoming and go out of their way to assist their guests. This Riad was a lovely escape from the manic streets nearby, providing a quiet sanctuary and the small dip pool on the roof a lovely space to relax. For a first time visit in Marrakech staying centrally, this place is highly recommended and highly enhanced the experience visiting the city.

We booked this Riad via Expedia with the stay mid of April. Access to Riad is very easy from Douar Graoua plaza. The check in was fast and we got our room almost immediately after we arrived. The personnel was very kind and attentive, and they offered us tea and coffee while we waited. The room we got was on the rooftop, with private terrace and access to the sun loungers and the small pool they have there. Room was clean, air conditioning was working great, with only the bathroom needing a bit of a refresh. But we did not lack of anything in the room. Breakfast was simple and delicious every day and we had the option to have it on the private room's terrace which was great. The cleaning ladies were also very nice and friendly despite the fact that we did not know French... One of the evenings we also had a dinner at the Riad and the food was delicious and the service excellent. You just need to let them know in the poring as everything was prepared fresh. We want to thank the personnel, Yousuf and Muhammad, and everyone else we don't know their names of, as they were very attentive and helpful with anything we asked them for. They helped us with the transfer from the airport and they can also help with arrangements for taxis if needed. If you are looking for an authentic riad experience, we definitely recommend Riad Signature in Marrakesh.

Le personnel est extraordinaire, souriant, aimable et toujours présent, près à vous rendre service. Les chambres sont OK, mais les salles de toilettes méritées une rénovation complète. Nous avons trouvé l’emplacement du Riad très bien et avons bien aimé leur grande terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est de base, mais si vous demandez (des œufs, du lait …) Le personnel se fait plaisir de vous l’offrir.

The breakfast was quite disappointing, with a limited and uninteresting selection. However, the location is definitely the biggest advantage, as it is very close to Jemaa el-Fna. The staff are always available, helpful, and ready to guide you whenever needed. Another plus is that transportation can get you almost all the way to the riad, which makes arrival and departure much easier.

Great staff and breakfast. Pool was very dirty with bird/cat muck in it. Top floor bedroom was excellent with lovely private patio but bathroom towels very thin and some even ripped. Breakfast basic but good. Staff very helpful

Riad très agréable, très bien situé dans la médina. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre, et la literie très confortable. Avantage non-négligeable : le toit-terrasse avec les transats et la petite piscine qui, bien que pas très grande, permet de se rafraîchir après une après-midi dans les souks. Petit déjeuner copieux. Et le personnel marocain de l'hôtel a été adorable avec nous, très arrangeant, à l'écoute, en particulier Youssef qui était sur le shit de nuit. Au final, un très bon rapport qualité-prix !

The staff were great. The room had some issues that were quickly addressed. The shower didn't work very well and the bath was not an option at all due to the exceedingly slow flow of water from the tap. The riad is well located but, as with most Riads, is tough to find. Breakfast was pretty decent.

I had an amazing stay at Riad Signature. The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was nice and spacious and there was a wonderful rooftop terrace. Breakfast was great too, and the hotel was also located nice and quite but close to attractions and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely welcoming kind and attentive staff, room was lovely and clean each day. They also have plentiful heaters for the cold November nights and an amazing rooftop terrace with plunge pool for the when the sun comes out. Close proximity to all the good tourist locations and really quiet during day and night for a good nights sleep. Look forward to staying here again thank you Riad Signature

We absolutely loved our stay at this riad! The location is perfect, being very close to the souks which made exploring easy. The riad itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting!
