No one done English at hotel, WiFi did not work and no towels or toiletries left in room a guest at hotel gave us towels and security guard called management and was told to tell us through a guest interpreter that our phones didn’t work because they were US phones and guest of hotel gave us his towels because security guard said his job was to provide security and he couthelp us after speaking to someone in management. Furniture was falling apart with tips and tears on sofas and hair left in bathtub.
