Emailed in advance to ask if we could possibly have the room earlier than normal check in time, arrived and spoke to Chris and he said they would try and get us a room ready early,we said if they couldn't it would be ok,we went for a walk round and returned to the hotel and Chris let us check in at 11:30.Room 14 was a nice big,clean,quiet well equipped room with a big bathroom, nothing flash or trendy just good value honest room.Bistro downstairs serves good value food.Woolies and other shops...

Loved this place. The room was super comfy, immaculately clean and well laid out, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast and dinner were both good, and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Can't fault the hotel for a stay after arriving in Sydney.

Stayed in an apartment for 7 days. The rooms were good, well equipped, tidy and comfortable. Reception staff very friendly, and local facilities excellent. Will stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great hotel for a few days staying in Sydney and then departing from airport. There’s a public bus that drops you around the corner from the hotel and costs next to nothing. We took this bus from and to the airport. There’s also a train station we used to get into the city and back, as well as a supermarket and nice small restaurants nearby. Room and beds were comfortable and served our needs well. Would definitely stay again if needing an airport hotel.

Nice clean room, friendly staff. Good bar with a view over the airport. We was booked for two nights but cut it short as our friend came up from Adelaide to pick us up to go to Bathurst for the V8 supercars race. I would deffo recommend and I'll be back... Thx Lee

Clean rooms, staff very helpful, good value for the money

Great stay, the whole room was clean, comfortable and up to great standards. The convenience of staying right at the airport made our journey easier, especially when you travel Transatlantic. Highly recommend

We stayed in Macon for a couple of nights just before an early flight back to the UK. The hotel was perfect for the purpose. Very convenient to get back to Central Station and to the airport. The front desk staff were really helpful in recommending the restaurants around the area and fir the taxi booking. Highly recommended.

A really good choice in Sydney. Reception staff were very efficient and accommodation. Our room wasn’t quite ready but they offered us the lounge area that had coffee and tea including showers whilst we waited. Apartment in Block O was clean, lovely comfy bed, good bathroom and kitchen with a coffee machine, which was ideal to have morning cuppa on a nice balcony on the 12 floor. Location was perfect, lots of shops and restaurants around in Zetland, a very short walk to the bus stop (304) into...

We opted to stay here mainly for the commanding view this hotel has over the bridge and opera house and from that perspective it didn’t disappoint Had a better view than the bar on 36th floor / where the drinks were reasonably priced surprisingly. Great location to walk to circular quay and recommend the .Brew co nearby got breakfast (always prefer to out of hotels if possible)

Great hotel, centrally located with large rooms and good food and drink options. Definitely worth staying there. Will go back.
