"Breakfast was good as we were there 8 days. As we were there everyday morning we seen the same issues with people barging into the line of food. The food line needs to be looked at with better idea of food display. I think an island should be created in the middle away from the wall with all hot dishes on this island only. This would give this confusion a better look and better people movement. Plse suggest this to your supervisor. Thank you. "

"Harbourfront location of hotel was perfect fo us. A bit further away from the downtown and other hotels but the view and convenience of the harbour and boardwalk was amazing. Rooms are large and modern. Restaurant meals were delicious and staff were very courteous and amazingly friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose this hotel again, and highly recommend it! "

"The room was overall okay, but the King Size room is noticeably smaller than the standard room, which was a bit unexpected. The bathroom sink also had drainage issues and did not drain properly. That said, the staff were excellent—very attentive, friendly, and made the stay more enjoyable."

"It was very warm in our hotel room and we were unable to open a window to the outside. Our windows opened up into the lobby., Air conditioning was very loud and ineffective, we were unable to even hear the TV over it. Weopened our windows at night hoping to cool it down however The lobby was very loud so the noise kept us awake. There is two fans in the room to help. "
