I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features. I think this hotel will be really nice when all of the renovations are complete, but I don’t think that will be for some time.

The quality of the drinks at Tapa was not very good. This in my view is the only negative about the resort.

This property is centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach it literally steps away from our room. The staff was very helpful, polite, and very attentive, as whatever we needed came with a quick and friendly response. We were able to have a dedicated underground parking spot (for a daily fee) in which was great to not worry about parking anywhere outside the resort. The views of the ocean were amazing in the room we received, and as a bonus it came with beach chairs and big sunshades for the beach so you won’t have to rent them if you decide to spend a day at the beach. The disappointment was when we first went inside our 2 bedroom condo, it was completely outdated, and was falsely advertised as having an updated kitchen and bathrooms, plus the table and chairs were not properly cleaned and were dirty and dusty. I don’t think that any travel site should be advertising something that is not as advertised or available when you check in. But we just made the best of it and cleaned the dirty areas before using them. Again this property is centrally located to everything you need, and we had a great time exploring as much as we could.
