Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always available. The location of this hotel was fantastic as it was right by the beach. The breakfast was also really great with lots of options to pick from. They also have a helpful app with lots of info about places to eat and things to do. I strongly recommend you stay at the Up Hotel in Rimini.
