The accomodation space is small and the air conditioner was giving problems for 2 of the days there. The walls could have been more clean

A delight of a hotel.
My first visit to Fantastic Hotel, and I was delighted by several things: the warm welcome, the lovely room, the swimming pool and the near-by market to purchase food things. Delighted too that it is a short walk to Marigot Market and to the bus terminal for movement around the island. Because of age, I may not return to this hotel or even to the Island, but if I did, Fantastic is a lovey place to stay.

James the owner goes above and beyond
Booked last minute. All the restaurants were closed because it was late Sunday night. The owner James personally drove me to his favorite late night food spot. He also upgraded my room. Amazing customer service

Stayed for one night before a sailing holiday. Lovely friendly staff. Comfortable bed Pool nice. Good hot shower. Had a nice inexpensive meal up the street.

The young lady was working at the reception was amazing very professional and friendly and helpful. The only downfall with the hotel was the noises from some kind birds that kept us awake all night but everything else was excellent

The staff at the Fantastic Hotel were superb. The hotel is a little dated but I enjoyed being away from the big resort hotels and being able to experience the local people and culture. Incredible service and a very enjoyable stay.

Small, very clean motel. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly, with good advice. Hotel good for layover or as base for wider trips. Half hour stroll to town. Cafe bakery next door (not part of hotel) for breakfast. Small pool, well kept, to refresh.

Hidden Gem
Small hotel in residential Marigot. Hazel, at front desk was so welcoming and helpful. Room was immaculate. Great beds and wifi and satellite Tv chanels. . Very close to Howell Center for shopping and Super U grocery and main road between Marigot and Grand Case and Orient Bay. Would highly recommend.

Never got to stay there, they closed the hotel for some unknown reason and moved our reservation to another hotel. They never notified me and only found out about the change accidentally the day before we left. The place we were moved to was quite nice, but I am not pleased we were not notified of the change.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a super friendly staff. Checking in was easy, the room was great with a beautiful view (our room was on the 3rd floor), the pool was great, and they have strong wifi, which comes in handy when you have no phone service and need to contact someone. It's also just around the corner from a supermarket store and a pizza place.

It was convenient to the hospital. The hospital where my friend contracted an infection and had to be hospitalized after returning home to the CLEAN facility in the US.

We stayed 1 night during the carnival season when we came over from the neighbouring island, Anguilla to see a movie and need a place to stay. It is by no means 5 star accommodation, but was suitable for our purpose and conveniently located close to the Marigot Ferry terminal. It is about a 10 minute walk into town and served its purpose. I would definitively book again for a short weekend trip or overnight stay.

Nice clean property in the residential section with good water pressure, internet, and tv. Rooms are clean and equipped with stove and fridge. Only stayed one night before catching cruise ship next day, so we weren't here for a beach holiday. We did however, enjoy our evening in the French side of the island, where we got to use our high school French at a great local restaurant "Chez Nora", We had a great dinner cooked by the owners wife. Owner of the Hotel (Hazel) was very accommodating and fun to talk with, spoke excellent English.
