  • Beautiful studio condo in the Heart of the Florida Keys! Located in Coco Plum in Marathon, FL. This condo has a queen sized bed, L-Shaped couch that folds out to a full sized bed, fully stocked kitchen and a screened in porch.

    You are very close to the pool, and a quick walk to the canal where you can enjoy your coffee, breakfast/lunch or dinner with a stunning view.

    The amenities that come with your rental are: a paddle board, heated community pool, dock slip for your boat, boat ramp to launch your boat and boat trailer parking.
