The home is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The spacious layout and gorgeous pool area are everything you’d expect from a luxury rental in the Keys.Unfortunately, our stay was significantly disrupted by road construction directly in front of the house. What was supposed to be a one-day sewer repair lasted Monday through Friday, with loud equipment, concrete saws, unpleasant odors, and the road closed throughout. We had to park down the street, and enjoying the otherwise wonderful outdoor spaces was difficult.While the construction wasn’t management’s fault, we received no advance warning, and our attempts to address the situation were met with repetitive assurances but little meaningful assistance or acknowledgment of the disruption.We were also surprised that several bedrooms were locked off, leaving only one king suite accessible despite multiple being advertised. This was disappointing for our multigenerational group and should have been clearer upfront.It’s a stunning property, but the overall experience and management response fell short of expectations for a luxury rental.
