Inside, this spacious home is designed for both comfort and style. The second level features a fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances, a high-top dining table for four, and an island with seating for four. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the living room, where two plush leather reclining sofas await you and your loved ones. Enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen TV, with a half bath nearby for convenience. One queen-sized bedroom with an ensuite bath is also on this floor.

Head up to the third floor, where you’ll find three more bedrooms, each with a queen-size memory foam bed, full closets, ensuite bathrooms, and their own private balconies—perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze, a romantic evening, or your morning coffee. Each bedroom offers a plush, firm mattress for ultimate comfort.

When you’re ready to head outside, the fun continues! The inground swim spa is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, and the 50-foot dock gives you immediate access to the open water. The outdoor space also features an outdoor kitchen with a grill, refrigerator, and bait freezer, plus a fish cleaning station for all your catches. Spend your days kayaking on the water with four single kayaks, or enjoy outdoor games and the in-ground pool (4ft-5ft deep, with a max heating of 88-90°F).

- Must be 25 years or older to book and must be present for the entire stay

-Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time)

- The home is listed for sale and showings might take place during your stay. You will be notified 24 hours in advance when a showing is scheduled

- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that number—please review the bed description carefully (occupancy number included infants and children)

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

- Property has outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes and are not actively monitored. 

- Locations: front yard of the house looking out and the back of th house looking towards the dock.

- You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home

- Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)

- Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

She can also help arrange grocery deliveries, kayak or fishing gear rentals, charcuterie boards, and more.

Special Reminder:

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.
