The Neighborhood:
Sombrero Beach neighborhood is highly sought out! At the end of this road you have the iconic sombrero beach. It is a bike ride, or short drive away. You have grocery, shopping centers and dining close by. On July 4th you could see the parade from the front balcony or driveway of the home.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a vehicle to get around town easily. In Marathon you are centrally located in the Middle Keys around Mile Marker 50. You can easily take a day trip to the upper Keys around Mile Marker 90s in Key Largo, a little more South in Islamorada or all the way down to Mile Marker 0 in Key West.

Property was perfectly maintained and as listed. Heated pool was a huge plus. Location was also great. One mile to the beach and 2 minute drive to grocery store and shopping.
We had a great vacation and loved the house! The bikes were great, and we enjoyed lots of bike rides to the beach and back. It is out of the way of the major traffic of the main highway and nice to be able to get to the grocery store without getting into all the traffic. Kitchen and house had everything we needed other than spices (we left a bunch we bought for cooking!), and the pool area was fabulous! The dock is in great condition. It was a bit of a ride to get out to the ocean, but the scenery was nice!

We were at the property Christmas Eve and Day. When we arrived, there were Christmas decorations and even a tree. We loved the open floor plan, balcony and pool seating, and everyone had their own room/bathroom. Wonderful place for our family of 7.
Hands down the cleanest , easiest , most amazing rental I’ve ever booked. Pool , amazing porch , spot for a boat and dock to fish off. Kayaks to use in canal. You can’t beat this house and location. Never wanted to leave! Most organized kitchen I’ve ever seen !
Very clean, accommodated our family with 3 married kids and 2 small grandchildren. Fished off dock, saw manatees. Great for a base camp. Beach and playground were undergoing work, but we had other options. Great location. Had planned on eating out on thanksgiving but ended up bbq lobster, fish and a small turkey, kitchen was well equipped. Grandsons loved pool and we had them come turn on heater that really made it fun for them after busy days. Would stay again.
We came to celebrate the life of my nephew and to spread his ashes at Sombrero Beach. It was a bittersweet vacation. We had 32 people in 3 different house but everything was perfect.
The kitchen in our house was well stocked. Maybe just add a nonstick pan. Would highly recommend 10/10
The house was perfect for our three couples group. We had a few hiccups but the property manager immediately responded. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, glassware, and cookware. The porch was everyone’s “go to” for hanging out in the morning and throughout the day.
The only tiny suggestion is to bring a 8-10’ rope to help you get the kayaks out of the water. We purchased a few dog leashes from the dollar store in Marathon that worked well (two for each kayak that we used - @$5.00) Otherwise, it would have been a challenge.
We’ve stayed at another house on the same street and this house is so much better - better layout, better response/communication, better everything! We definitely want to come back.
Easy bike ride or walk to sombrero beach. Best stocked kitchen I've seen. Plenty of extra linens and everything ran well. If you stay here, take the kayaks out in am, enjoy the dolphins morning feeding run into the canals.
This was perfect for us and our 3 kids in their 20's including 2 significant others. House was very accommodating, plenty of room with a lot of separate sitting areas, great outdoor deck and pool area. Convenient location. Kitchen was very well supplied with quality cookware and appliances. Would definitely consider a return visit.
The whole family enjoyed the house. The bedrooms were great. The whole family could be in the common areas and not feel packed in. Loved the large balcony and steps to pool.

Well decorated
The place was clean, well lighted. And beautifully decorated. Close to Publix. Not much of a view but everything else was great. Loved the pool and had visits from many iguanas.
