"I had been looking at several villas in the area, but when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted, however in the Vrbo brochure it says it is a short walk to the church, but it is a 15 minute drive, apart from that it looked good. On arrival I was greeted by Salvo who was lovely, his English was not great, but I am trying to learn Italian so it was good practice for me. The villa was even better than it looked. A good size pool along with excellent accommodation, and plenty of Bathrooms and outdoor seating with great views. The sunrises and sunsets were also incredible and I can honestly say that this was the best villa I have rented. Very tranquil but only 5 minutes drive from a beach. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore Ragusa, Siracusa and the surrounding area and to visit ispica and Bruno and Carmens American bar."
