My husband and I stayed here 20 years after he first stayed at this same resort with his family as a teenager. They had great things to say then, and we have amazing things to say now! The resort was clean and had the most gorgeous views. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed at any time. Shout out to Marco at Mogotes pool bar for always making sure our cups were full. We had an amazing time here and would definietly stay here again! During the night same windows were fully bright from the lights shining in those corridors- madness!! There was evidence of water damage on the walls, cold water only in showers and random mostly empty bottles of „soap” and „hair mask” for cosmetics, not even any soap to wash hands! Room had coffee machine but no coffee to go in it. Dishes in the room were dirty. The staff were awesome! Breakfast was very good. We ate dinner once and it was good as well. On days where we needed to leave early for an excursion they packed us breakfast to go. We rented the apartment which was perfect size for a family of five. It faces the road which is a little loud at night but wasn’t a big concern. I would recommend this hotel.
