A very warm welcome made by our host to an oasis of charm and calm. Just an overnight stay but had arrived early enough to enjoy sunny corners of gardens and farmland and animals.

Quiet, residential area on outskirts of Mantova. Apartment had all you needed. Spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately WiFi was temperamental. However if you sat in car at roadside it was great!

The rooms are absolutely amazing and very spacious. Breakfast is à la carte so not much choice - however the suites are lovely - we stayed in the garden view emilie suite. It was very large, has a heated jacuzzi style pool (but it takes a long time to cool down/heat up), the shower and sauna are lovely and the smell in the corridor is divine! It is very centrally located, right near the ferry port and station. The hotels in the area are not great, so if you can, definitely worth splurging on the...

I don't think we've ever met such nice people at a hotel before. Donatella and Julio the owners were amazing. Me and my husband are vegan and I can't have gluten and they bought us things to eat for breakfast. They were helpful and always had a smile. My daughter loved their dogs especially the little one wendy. The hotel rooms were spotless and comfortable and the rest of the hotel had a warmth and openness that reflected the owners. The setting is tranquil and in the countryside but still very...

An ancient Palazzo opposite the famous Ducal Palace (you can't get more central!).
Great breakfast to start well your day in a beautiful dining room with restored frescoes by Renaissance artist Giulio Romano (who also worked for the Gonzaga Dukes dynasty.
We had a room at the back which was very quiet and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the breakfast was great every morning with plenty of choice.
The owner and her daughter were absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming and always happy to help. The cleaner also went above and beyond by taking me to the supermarket so I could buy sanitary towels for my daughter. Everyone made us feel so well looked after.

Parking near to the hotel on a white parking spot. The staff arranged electronic permit for 5€. Arrange this before you arrive. The hotel is right in the centre of a pedestrianised area. Fab location.
