"Here’s a polished version for a hotel review: I had to wait a long time outside the hotel following a delayed train journey, despite repeatedly ringing the bell and knocking to be let in. Once inside, I was directed to a set of lifts that did not provide access to the floor where my room was located. There was also no clear information about the available breakfast options or serving times. On the positive side, the hotel was well located, and the room was clean and tidy."

"Absolutely fab hotel as you would expect as it’s only been open 2 years! My only criticism would be there were no teaspoons in the room just wooden sticks which ripped the teabags trying to get them out of the cup! It is such a small thing but next time I stay I will bring my own. But a very impressive hotel and perfect location for where we visit!"
