"Great house for families, we met Thomas briefly after check in. He generously provided a welcome basket and extra tractors for 2 year old to play with. Well equipped house with lots of space. Good for peaceful countryside holidaying, large garden and many games and activities. Nearby river canoeing from Ruffec. Certain aspects need a little tlc but you will have a great time here"

Communication with Stephane was easy and he offered to allow us access before 6pm, which we didn’t take advantage of in the end. His phone number is clearly visible on the front door if the hotel is unmanned. The food in the restaurant was top quality and the service was excellent. We would have no reservation in recommending this hotel to others."
