"It was nice location, very near from a tram/bus station and city center of Dogo and Matsuyama. There are some supermarkets, onsens and post office in 15-minutes walk. "As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. Room cleaning is organised before 8am via an app on the TV, which we kept forgetting, so bear that in mind each day that you stay."

"This was one step up from a brothel. Rooms available by the hour. Adult toys fixed in the room for use. Cleaning was not a forethought. Stains and patches on the floor uncleaned. I ordered a non smoking room, it reeked of smoke, but I suppose I should be thankful it covered up the other smells that might have been present. I dare not sit on the sofa and vibrating chair that was present, as was not sure of the activities that may have taken place on it. There was lots of hot water and all the usual amenities you would come to expect of a Japanese hotel. This is not an hotel for a traveller or a holiday, this is a place where you bring your mistress or latest squeeze for an afternoon boom boom session for an hour or two."
