The location is good, right above Matsuyama city station, very convenient. It is not noisy at all. Although the staff is not very fluent in English, but they are all very helpful. The Japanese buffet breakfast is good. Lots of local cuisine to choose from. It is highly recommended to opt-in. The room is clean and spacious, by Japan standard. The family hot spring room is a plus, although we need to pay extra, but it is worth the money if you want some privacy. Overall, it is highly recommended, and I would stay here again if we are back in Matsuyama.
