The manager called after a few hrs, offering a change of room on a different floor but at this point, it was already late a night and we had an early day trip the nxt morning. The following evening, we received wine & chocolates, with a letter of apology (saw a previous review stating that they were given wine & chocolates upon check in) Aside from this, the tv was not working at all. It just showed a black screen when switched on. We asked the reception for help regarding this but they never came. Breakfast buffet was mediocre and we spotted a cockroach where the plates are placed. Very unhygenic! Staff at the Eve's bar were the only ones commendable. A below average hotel, definitely wont come back. It's a mystery how they got their 4-star rating. The only good point of this hotel is it's location."
