Friendly staffs and are always willing to help eg booking a grab car to go anywhere in town (as it is much cheaper and safer to take a grab car from the airport and to anywhere else in town) I think some of the facilities could have some room for updates, but software of this hotel is pretty good. The location is very centralize. I choose starlight because its a little closer to the airport and was pretty good reading reviews online and great pictures of the hotel but its not what expected when I arrived.
