They are very dishonest and you should never stay here unless you want the same treatment. I would expect that Expedia would give me the refund anyways since it was their websites malfunction and they are supposed to represent me as their customer but I have called them a number of times now and spent over five hours on the phone waiting and still I have gotten nowhere. At this point I realized that Expedia and this hotel have work together to cheat me out of my money.
