Unvaccinated BEWARE. I didn’t know when I booked this place that they require a pcr test 48hrs before check-in, and they would not accept a rapid antigen test. You are required to send a photo ID and negative test result prior to the day of check-in. I had already been in The Philippines for two weeks and decided to stay a night in BGC just to see the area, and then I received an email regarding the check-in procedure. The pcr test would have cost as much as the 1 night stay but luckily I was able to change my reservation until after my return from Bangkok which would require me to take a rapid antigen test to enter the country. Fortunately, they accepted this test for my booking so I didn’t need to take another test. But the whole testing issue prior had already ruined my stay before I even got there. I even considered eating the bill and bailing just because of the booking experience. But, the place was nice and clean, and the property is in a good area. I would still recommend the place to vaccinated travelers but their original lack of flexibility with accepting a rapid antigen test instead of a pcr test demonstrates the type of business practice I would rather not give my money to. Since this experience, I have become more diligent in reading the fine print before booking any stays here in the Philippines.

Hello Sir, we're sincerely sorry how the process has affected your booking. We wish we could've make your check-in easy and without hassle. We hope you understand that as a host, we're only following the requirements given to us the property admin. We also own other units from different cities but they also give us the same lists of requirements and we have no choice but the follow their guidelines, or else, they will not allow our guests to check-in. We hope in the future, the property admin will no longer be strict with their requirements. We appreciate you for your effort in providing the needed documents and thank you for the feedback. the worst place to stay..ruined our vacation
The room is not that clean..the bathroom is a bit dirty. the kitchen area is ok. The worst is the internet connection... always goes offline every 4 to 5 minutes... I asked for a nice room...but we were given a lower location near the street...we can hear the commotion at night...and bars and motorcycles in the middle of the night. I asked to be relocated to a higher floor...but my message was ignored. I will never return to this place again...never

Do not book...
The service we received from this property was terrible. There are so many other options in the area, do not waste your time with this one. If there were a way to give a lower rating I would do it. Absolutely horrible customer service. Look elsewhere and don’t make the same mistake we made. In short... Book elsewhere.
