Check in here is always confusing. On the booking it says to go to a particular Cluster. However it is always the wrong one. This is frustrating and has happened several times this year. However once being let into the apartment this time it was another let down. The plates and glasses were still dirty from previous guests, there were insects and their droppings in the cupboards, some of the cutlery was still dirty from previous guests, the sliding door didnt shut properly and always slightly open which made the noise of the road even loader even tho i had requested a quiet room. I look forward to hearing from the owener/manager
