I am not recommending this hotel. The hotel needs a total renovation. Pictures presented here were old pictures and do not accurately represented the room’s condition. Toilet tiles have molds. Ceiling is dirty. Bedding seems unclean too! The property itself is old and needs rennovation. The rooms are adequate for the price. We were unable to get dining hours straight. Our fault or theirs no matter, we ended up sending out for food or going out ourselves. Overall, it was better than our first stay there. The building is pretty old and it shows. The number one problem for me is the location. It is right in the "red light district". It was parties and hookers everywhere. The bar a few doors down had karaoke so loud it could be heard for blocks. I managed for 2 nights before leaving due to the noise. Thee room door has a small sign telling you NOT to lock the door and that the door is self locking. Sadly it does NOT lock unless you lock it. Some tv's work some dont. AC was good bed comfoŕable. The property has been upgraded to pass fire safety standards. They are still improving. The rooms are ok Nothing great. Wifi tv refrigerator all work. Bathroom is ok but needs to be updated. No hot water in the sink. The shower is minimal but has hot water. This is a very old hotel that badly needs to be modernized. Food is available in the restaurant. Shoping is abundant in the nearby mall. Very large modern 4 story mall. The photos you see are not the same place you will stay, unless you can time travel. 2\. Don't be fooled by the wide out shots. When you stay you will be up close, and every item in the room room is what you would consider trash. 3\. Staff are nice enough apart from hanging up on hotels.com when they called 4\. I might have stayed in worse at sone stage in the last 50 years, but worst I have stayed in in Manila, and worst value for money in my life. 5\. New aircon was broken, and old Aircon is put in. Gaps around it might be reason for mosquitoes. 6\. Shower was electric box type which didn't work. After cold shower it was repaired.. 7\. Door says don't lock, but if you don't your stuff it might disappear because it doesn't autolock. They didn't bother to update the sign I guess. 8\. Arriving at 2:15, instead if just being able to go to my room, it was "for a while sir", so we could wait for some guy in a stained shirt to arrive 5 minutes later. 9\. The rating system is broken a little. Location is okay, staff are not bad, but place is lowest level and should be less than 1000peso. 10\. I read a couple of reviews that weren't horrible. There is no comparison between this and similar priced hotels in the area. The others are 8/10 this is 2/10\. 11\. I challenge you to find something worse for the price. 12\. I booked deluxe. There is no deluxe. Every inch is old, stained, broken, or tattered. 13\. After my booking it was with breakfast. There it said no breakfast booked. The staff at the reception was very friendly and wasn't annoyed if you ordered food from outside, it was also brought to your room. The cleaning of the room was catastrophic, the cleaning consisted of the early morning someone came to teach the garbage can. After 4 days I asked that the sweaty bed linen be changed, which was done a day later.
