The staff only really cares about their salary and no effort is taken to make guest more comfortable or socialize amongst each other. Lilly is the only staff member worthy of praise.

An ok cheap place to stay
When I got there they were overbooked and I didn't have a bed so they gave me a cot that was very uncomfortable. the room was freezing and I only had one sheet. The staff was helpful and rooms were clean.

The hotel has good viewing roof deck.The rooms are clean and comfortable.There are some local restaurants near the hotel.So,you can comunicate with local people there.

Amazing experience!
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offer free breakfast in the morning, and dinner some nights during the week. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were kept clean. It's a great place to stay if you want to meet people. Definitely recommend!

Not very "awesome"
When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to actually check us in, we got to our room and there was someone literally living in the dorm... The beds were okay, and the patio was nice, but the staff weren't very friendly and it is quite a walk to get anywhere. Overall, I wouldn't stay again...

Nice but expensive
Hostels next to this one (not advertised online) are available for a quarter of the price. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but cramped. Rooftop is very nice for relaxing.

Terrible experience.. Not recommended at all.. Room was not clean. Ac doesn't work.. Packed all our belongings rite away the next morning .. Hallways we're very smelly, the reason y I chose this hotel to booked was from the reviews, I guess I shouldn't rely on others review ..

Horrible ,unsatisfied, useless stay!
We saw the place it was terribly nasty. Bathroom was a messed, ac does not work, we packed our belongings the next day bec they were asking for more cash . I will not recommend this place.

For him since he was from Mindanao he loved it it was much better than he was use to. He really love tall building and airplanes . He is a poor filipino guy with nothing .

Great Hostel in Manila
I initially had my reservations of staying at a hostel in Manila. But this place is pretty decent. Really nice and helpful staff, 24 security and clean and spacious rooms. This sounds kinda too advertising to them, but i really did like my stay with them and i congratulate them for a good job! Hope you continue the same quality of service. def recommended!

立地、清潔感、スタッの対応など申し分なかったのですがエレベーターが壊れていて帰るたびに10階まで階段で上がらなければならなかったのは大きなマイナスでした。

ホステルから歩いて5分ほどの場所にセブンイレブンがあります。また、15分ほどの距離にBGCがあるので、買い物や食事に便利です。 ホステル内のWi-Fiは、9階や10階でないと繋がらないため、そこは少々不便でした。

Basic hostel, nice view and it's close to the BGC. Far away from the old city centre. The staff was alright, but the atmosphere three is not at all like you are used from other hostels, wouldn't recommend to stay there

Teníamos una reserva de una habitación para 2 personas aunque dicha habitación (family room) tenia 4 literas de 2 camas. Al hacer el registro de entrada nos quisieron meter en un dormitory de 10 camas porque decían que la "family room" era una habitación compartida, les dijimos que, en todo caso, nuestra habitación era de 8 camas y nos cambiaron a una de ocho que estaba vacía pero nos dijeron que iban a meter a otra persona, aunque luego no fué así. Creo que hoteles.com no debería permitir estas cosas.

タオルやウォーターサーバーなどの設備はないので持参する必要があります。 歩いて五分ほどでミニストップがあります。 大型ショッピングモールのマーケットマーケットまで、バスで一本です。(たしか12ペソ) バスルームはとてもきれいでした。 ドミにはひとりひとり読書灯とコンセントがあります。 何よりも屋上からの眺めとスタッフの対応がよかったです。Wi-Fiも強い。 マニラ空港までのタクシーをスタッフが呼んでくれました。日本人ひとりなのでぼられるのではないかと心配でしたが、180ペソで行ってくれました。 朝5時半の渋滞なしで、マニラ空港第二ターミナルまで約20分でした。

Nice hotel overlooking the city
As I and my daughter came in the hotel,the staff gave us a family room although we reserved only the two beds.In the next day another personal told me that I have to pay extra 600 pesos for the room then I asked her why did they gave me a wrong room,she answered that they cannot find my reservation.

屋上が気持ちいい
２月上旬に宿泊。毎晩屋上のテラスでビールを飲見ながら読書をして過ごした。風が気持ちよく、ソファや椅子、テーブルが充実している。部屋は４つの二段ベッドで供用のバスルームが部屋の中にある。トイレと洗面所、シャワーが同じなので、誰かが入ると占有されてしまうが、あまり他の宿泊者と被ることが無かった。シャワーのお湯はちゃんと出て、問題なし。エアコンも効くので、快適に過ごせる。

It's not easy for taxi driver to find it. Hostel is generally nice and near Fort Bonifacio (The Global City). If you want to have some wonderful night life or bars, then you better choose some other hostels near City Makati instead of Bonifacio.

屋上の夜景が綺麗です。
場所が少しわかりづらいので地図のコピーを持って行ったほうが良いと思います。普通のビルの上層階にあります。1階の裏口を出ると小さいお店が数件あるので小腹がすいたときは便利です。部屋は2段ベットが何台かあるドミトリータイプでリュックサックぐらいだったら入るロッカーがあります。シャワーとトイレは一緒で比較的綺麗です。トイレットペーパーはあるのですが大人数が泊まっているので無くなっている事が多いのでトイレットペーパーを持参して行くのがベスト。フロントの横に炊飯器があり自炊もできます。
