I love staying here. It a cute clean cozy little condo. Ive been in philippines for 20 days so far. I booked it for a week. Went to another hotwk after my week. Didnt like the hotel an came right back here. This place was very convenient an safe. Id definitely recommended it to anyone.

For $700 a month....it wasn't worth it at all. Building was very old, the constant battle with cockroaches was redundant, construction outside was annoying, apartment doesn't match pics,and even after giving the co host 2500php(deposit plus extra), she still hounded me for the 45php for water delivery.

First of all its price and what you get it's munchies. Its not 5 star hotel but if you need clean bathroom and bed it's for you. Good for catching taxi very close to markets restorant staffs. Close to aeroport First of all .

Felt safe at all times in property and walking around. Plenty of street vendors up and down streets outside, McDonalds, laundry, grocery store all close. Wifi was good room comfortable ( bed could use new box spring and foam) but all in all would stay again. Nothing fancy but nice safe place to stay.

Please note that a cleaning fee will be requested upon check-in. It also would have been helpful to have soap available for handwashing, as I arrived at midnight and needed to go to a nearby convenience store to purchase one. The room is acceptable, though it is older and different from the one shown in the photos. In terms of cleanliness, dust, strands of hair in various areas, and a few cockroaches. The furniture also appears quite worn, with noticeable scratches, cracks, and chips, and may benefit from replacement. On a positive note, Gigi was very kind and attentive.

Not bad for the price. Everything pretty much worked, nice selection of cooking utensils, even a propane stove top which I didn't expect. No elevator but it said that in the ad. Safe enough. Clean enough. Good for a budget traveler.

Be prepared to be out in the middle of nowhere I will take you at least an hour and a half to get to the LRT to get you into the city. Thereā€™s so many roaches you will be afraid you will take them with for rest of your life. Looks good on the website, but it does not look that good in the apartment.
