There were a lot of things wrong with our stay. When we got there to check in at around 8pm (reservation was made earlier in the day) they didn’t even have our room ready. The toilet lid/seat was not screwed on, and we found pubic hairs on the toilet and the floor next to the bed. Towels were old and stained. Overall a disgusting stay.
