"Love the location, clean , new .. but the longest check in I ever experienced. They said it’s one of the busy day but standing after a flight for an hour was not pleasant but it’s close to the airport and the malls ."

"My mom had an accident on her way to their hotel entrance, there was a known hazard in their entrance, their staff witnessed almost everyday as the staff stated and that day of check out my mom and one of their staff had accident and both suffered multiple injuries. They sent me an email explaining what happened but after that there was no assistance or follow up. I would say terrible in handling complaints. "
