When you enter the complex only 1 person was allowed to go out and check in for the group. Then they confiscated all our ID's. The rooms were very dirty, no toilet paper and towels and when we requested them, they only gave 1 towel per room. One room had bunk beds. Another room had soo much furniture, you could not use a power plug until you had to stack the furniture out of the way. The worst part was the rooms smelled like they sprayed bug killing products like Raid. The restaurant in the facility was closed. The elevators were always crowded and slow. We check out the next day but still had to fight to get our ID's back. Kept getting the same questions I’d answered. Paid for 2 condos but was almost given a penthouse with less bedrooms and less capacity. Children are counted as adults. No towels or bath accessories are provided. Some units need thourough cleaning and attention.
