T checking in, room a/c was not cooling, NO internet, NO Parking, NO gym and bathroom leak. My kids can’t study away from school. I have to park in the mall in another establishment after she said that she will reimburse me of all parking fees plus internet during my stay, and it never happened even though I sent her messages about it. She even asked me if I can pay cash instead for our stay and she will cancel and refund me the total I paid through Expedia, this is because she was saying that She wasn’t paid yet by Expedia and ahe will give me discount if I pay cash to her. I said NO. The advertised location address was wrong because on the special instructions prior to checking leads to a building named LeGrand Tower 2\. She also said that I should tell the concierge the I was her guest from Falcon Security Agency because the place no longer accepts paying guests through Expedia, etc. This is a residential condo! She wants me to lie! Guard on the parking did not me in because the parking intended for me is reserved regularly to another resident. I have all the messages she sent to my niece to prove all she said. By the way, we slept on the living room since The room a/c was not working, my wife & i slept on the sofa while my 2 kids slept on the floor, WOW. I paid with my hard earned money for this accommodation and that is what I got! I want my refund!
