Clean and well maintained. The friendliness and professionalism of the management team of Glen, Vhanessa, and Noli were above and beyond. They made you feel like family. Their attention to details to make our stay very comfortable and worry free was bar none. Felt cramped due to layout, and had some issues like broken drawer and patio lock, but overall was ok. Balcony and view is terrible. Contact person (Glen) is fantastic, as is the location so close to MOA. But the really bad is the hallway and elevators. They are dirty, smelly, and no AC. Leaving and returning to the room is miserable. Had problems with flying insects coming in from hallway when opening the door.
