"We usually stay across at a different hotel assuming it was “better”. We were WRONG! The Sheraton has so much more to offer. The food was all delicious. The customer service was excellent. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. It’s better for families as well as those on business. The bar area is lively during the evening and I enjoyed sitting in the lounge area drinking a coffee from their Starbucks Café. This hotel also offers the shuttle and has good parking for your car. This will be our yearly staycation when we visit Universal City. Also, I think they offer VIP tour purchases in the lobby. I didn’t ask because we’ve done the VIP tour before, but I think they offer it as well."

"For a MOTEL, this location is very clean. Especially given the trashy aesthetic surrounding the property. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Surprisingly quiet here! Staff seems to be very strict about rules, which has actually cleaned up a previously problematic place. "

"The place was clean and quiet just about the entire time. Most of the space on the ground floor was dedicated to the casino and the restaurants within which made me keep coming down to see what else was around and what I should try next. My only complaint is the walls seemed kind of thin. I could hear just about everything in the hall. It was most noticeable Saturday night hearing things going on outside and downstairs. "
