In quiet, inserted in a residential area, completely autonomous and independent with all the services are cottages just ended in their low environmental impact construction. They are developed on 3 levels: basement with a large living room, bedroom with bathroom and laundry area; ground floor consists of a modern kitchen with all appliances, bathroom and comfortable seating overlooking the outdoor patio; first floor with two bedrooms with balconies overlooking the hills of Valtenesi and large windowed bathroom. The villa features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a large private garden and a carport outside. Modern and carefully chosen furnishings give a touch of class and elegance to any environment, making it immediately appreciate those who discover it for the first time.
