Residence Villa Meri is a modern and elegant residential complex consisting of eight comfortable apartments, located just a few steps from the beautiful Spiaggia della Romantica beach.



The apartment described here is a modern and welcoming ground-floor accommodation, ideal for enjoying a wonderful holiday on Lake Garda, combining days by the pool, beach time and opportunities to explore the surrounding area.



The living room opens directly onto a lovely covered private porch, furnished with a table and chairs and equipped with sunshades to provide protection during the hottest hours of the day. Your own outdoor space, perfect for enjoying breakfast, having lunch outdoors or spending pleasant moments together.



The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, including infants, and features:



Living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

One double bedroom.

A second bedroom with two single beds.

One bathroom with shower.

Covered private porch with outdoor table, chairs and sunshades.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for an independent stay: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and toaster.



For maximum comfort throughout the year, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.



Residence Facilities and Shared Areas



Guests can enjoy the beautiful infinity pool, shared with the other apartments in the residence. It is the perfect place to cool off and make the most of sunny summer days.



Each apartment also has its own set of sun loungers, consisting of three folding loungers and one rocking chair. These can be used either in the pool area or on the private porch.



Additional facilities available to guests include:



Shared barbecue area located in the garden behind the building.

Shared laundry room with washing machine, available to every two apartments.

One reserved parking space in the underground garage.

A second outdoor parking space.

Bed linen and towels provided upon arrival.

One of the main advantages of Residence Villa Meri is its location: the beautiful Spiaggia della Romantica beach is just a few steps away and easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the lake without needing to use your car.



Along the beach and in the immediate surroundings, you will also find restaurants, bars and ice cream shops, perfect for a break during the day or a pleasant summer evening.



The location is ideal for combining days by the lake, time by the pool, scenic walks and excursions to discover some of the most charming destinations around Lake Garda.



Nearby, you can visit Salò, Gardone Riviera, Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda, or explore the beautiful Rocca di Manerba Nature Reserve, famous for its breathtaking panoramic views.



Day trips to the popular theme parks Gardaland, Movieland and CanevaWorld can also be easily arranged.



Important Information for Your Stay



Maximum occupancy: 4 guests in total, including infants.

Additional guests: No guests beyond the maximum permitted occupancy are allowed, even temporarily.

Tourist tax: €1.60 per person per day.

Sun umbrellas: The residence does not provide sun umbrellas for safety reasons due to the possibility of sudden strong gusts of wind. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

Electric vehicle charging: Charging electric vehicles using the apartment's domestic electricity supply is strictly prohibited.
