The room was immaculate. The staff was very accommodating and helped bring our luggage upstairs. I thought the property had an elevator and when we arrived and heard our room was 4 flights of stairs, I was concerned for my husband who was fighting a fever/cold. Without asking they moved us down one floor. I was extremely thankful for that.

Absolutely loved the friendly, helpful, thoughtful, professional staff! Our upgraded room was amazing! We loved the breakfast and our dinner at I’m Carrucci. Thank you again for arranging flowers and chocolates for our wedding anniversary and the bubbly too! We can’t recommend your hotel enough! It was the very best stay, indeed!!!

When we had a problem in our room we were told there was staff that would be available and when we went to get them they were so rude and not helpful and basically told us to go away.
