Three night stay. Clean, well-appointed, modern hotel. Room was quiet, very well equipped, cleaned each day, and had efficient air conditioning. Location was good to explore the vibrant Ancoats area and a 10-15 minute walk from Piccadilly and the Northern Quarter, although not in the centre of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for the co-op live arena , everything was excellent . Only suggestion would be to manage the Que for breakfast as insufficient seating area , however that doesn’t hinder the quality of this hotel . Will stay again .

The Leonardo hotel Piccadilly Manchester was an excellent choice for for attending a gig at the Co-op live. Fantastic location a twenty minute walk or 5 minutes on the tram. The hotel was clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant more than expected and breakfast was very good. We will use again for gigs. Not far from railway station 10min walk.

This is a modern and clean hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it's a great location very close to Piccadilly station. We only stayed for 1 night and enjoyed it, the only let down was the breakfast. The food was a sokutely fine but they ran out of a lot of things and didn't replace them frequently. Also, the breakfast area wasn't very clean, the chairs were filthy with good stains, fa Les sticky and not cleaned very well. It was a bank holiday weekend and we stayed Friday night, arguably one of the busiest times of the year but they only had 2 staff on at breakfast. Clearly not enough to cope with the amount of visitors and probably why it was so filthy. Wouldn't put us off staying again but we certainly wouldn't stay for breakfast.

First the photo was misleading I paid extra to get a room was shown in the photos then got just a normal one and when I asked apparently there’s not only 2 rooms in this layout!!! Second the windows are very small and won’t open which I didn’t like at all Otherwise the hotel is very clean

Good location for the Etihad stadium or the town. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. I found myself banging my arm on the door handle when using the sink as it was so close. We had an issue with a broken light switch which fell.off when I pressed it and blew a fuse.
