The Space:
This brand new luxury townhouse is spread across multiple floors, offering generous living space for larger groups visiting Manchester.
The open plan ground floor features a stylish living area with a large smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain. There is also a dining area perfect for gathering together.
Upstairs you will find four beautifully styled bedrooms, each designed for a comfortable night's sleep. There are two modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries.
The roof terrace is a real highlight, offering a private outdoor space with views across the city, perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink.
One free parking space is available in the garage. Additional paid parking is available nearby.

We loved our stay here. The house has been completely updated and it’s very comfortable. The rooms are clean, there was plenty of bedding, heating worked great so we weren’t cold and we loved the stackable washer/dryer. Easy walking to fun restaurants and super fun vibe in the area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely recommend!
The house itself was as described and suitable for a large group. However, our stay was significantly affected by a very serious and distressing incident on the street immediately outside the property during the first night, involving violent crime and extensive police attendance. Police attended the accommodation to take statements, and law-enforcement and forensic activity remained in the area for the remainder of our three day stay.
This caused repeated sleep disruption and had a major impact on our ability to relax and enjoy what was intended to be a milestone birthday trip for a group of 10. While this was clearly outside the host’s control, the situation fundamentally affected the overall experience.
In addition, there were some practical issues with the property that future guests may wish to be aware of, including a broken sofa bed and a lack of sufficient basic supplies for a group of this size.
Communication was polite but ultimately the situation was handled in a very procedural way, with limited acknowledgement of the impact on guests.
