The location and staff were great. However our room had issues with cooling system, which made the room stale and uncomfortable. Staff downplayed our concerns and we had to open windows to improve room comfort. The outside noise was very noticeable due to this. The room also had a stale smoke smell from past occupants, which again Hotel downplayed and did nothing to address. Overall very disappointing from a usually reputable hotel chain. I would not rebook this location again.

We had a great stay for our daughter graduation, we arrived earlier and asked to leave our bags, the receptionist lady checked us in immediately in better room. Thank you so much! We were able to get ready on time for the graduation and we all had lovely day! Great customer service, staff are always nice, also bar staff, my partner loves your draft beers.

Everything perfect

The hotel is a minute away from the Northern Quarter with all its bars and restaurants. The hotel is very stylish and must be brand new. The rooms are great too. Lastly the reception staff were so helpful 10/10. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice, spotlessly clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location in the Northern Quarter with plenty of bars and eateries. Hotel bar also nice. Only marked down 1 star as bed was a bit hard.

The room was clean and neatly designed. The food was lovely, and we were offered for food to made fresh when asking about allergies. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was excellent. One point to make, was that we were not open at 5 O’clock in the morning to the fire alarm going off.

Highly recommend the check in was straight forward car park straight across the road very cheap for 24h. The staff was very polite and helpful the train station and tram stop 5 mins walk down the road 2 mins walk from the Arndale centre will definitely use this hotel again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
