Franchester

Lovely 3 bedroom home close to Manchester City Centre and the Etihad Stadium. The local shops, bars and cafes are just a 5 minute walk away as well as the 192 bus stop and train into the city centre. Levenshulme to Manchester Piccadilly is 7 minutes by train. A taxi into the city centre is £10 to £15 and takes 10 to 15 minutes.
The space
A traditional 3 bed terraced house with a dining kitchen and living room downstairs and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. There is a small back yard and Greenbank playing fields just behind the opposite houses. Feel free to use the table tennis bats and balls provided on the table in the park. The Bluebell pub is a 2 minute stroll away and offers a warm welcome along with very reasonably priced Samuel Smith beverages.
