Room wasnt cleaned properly, have sent email to hotel directly but no reply as of yet. We stayed sat 16th march. All bedding was duck feathers which i personally have an allergy to and no alternative bedding was available. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

Room and bed were comfy and staff friendly and helpful. No decent eating places close by only a KFC and an Aldi and a Tesco

From checking in to checking out All staff we saw were excellent helpful polite and hard working Little bit of tlc in rooms but every think we needed and more we had Ample parking Bus route near by

I was a solo traveller this time and was a bit anxious staying on my own, but i had no need it was comfortable from the point of parking quite open lit up, my room was lovely bed very comfortable (i want to know what matress and bedding they use) i slept very well staff were very helpful but im afraid i dont know what the breakfast was like as i never had time for it as slept in xx

Hotel was clean. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.

Positive and I would stay again
It was clean, the restaurant was closed in the evenings, but food available via vending machines if you have cash, if that’s what you want, however I ordered takeaway and the hotel, provided plates, cutlery and then disposed of the rubbish, they were polite and helpful at every turn and the breakfast the next day was lovely

We found the room clean, with towels and everything we needed. The breakfast was ok, the only bad note was the noise, which is not directly the hotel fault but of the people that were staying there. Nonetheless, it is a affordable stay with reasonable conditions.

The hotel was perfect for our needs.easy to get to and close enough to the city to make everything easliy accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean and just what you would expect,tidy and comfortable.breakfast was pretty good and plenty of it available. Before our stay i had seen mixed reviews of the hotel but really can't see what the negative reviewers were complaining about. We would happily stay here again.

Disappointing
There were tea and coffee stains on the dressing area in our room upon arrival, breakfast and reception staff had been very short and abrupt with us. The vending machine charged my companion £10.75 and did not give her the items, reception refused a refund. No compensation offered when we complained as we didn’t mention face to face, even after explaining that we didn’t feel comfortable to do so due to the rudeness of staff.
