This was the second time staying at one of Nancy's properties. Both time's we were very impressed. The properties are very clean, check in and checking out was very simple. When in town we will definitely reserve again
Very nicely remodeled unit in an otherwise older looking structure. Well appointed, clean, and modern. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every word, step, and tinkle from the neighbors upstairs. Still, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Lots of room for us to spread out. Two bathrooms, laundry and kitchen was just right. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood close to lots of stuff by car
Very clean, very modern. Met all of our families needs. Easy to access. Close to downtown without being in it. Would stay there again. Great host to work with!

First Vrbo stay
Clean, modern, comfortable. Location in Manchester was convenient to expressways.
Curb appeal could use some improvement.
What a cute and perfect place. We drive 8 hrs for my wife's graduation from SNHU for her masters degree and stayed at Nancy's place. Was clean, comfortable and affordable.
Thank you for the stay.
We were in Manchester for an education event for my son. I had to work remotely while I was there. Comfortable neighborhood, comfortable set up, good wifi connection.
This property was modern and very clean. It had updated rooms and good quality bed linens and towels. There were little nice "extras" like snacks, bottled water and chocolates. I wanted to give this five stars, but as a few other reviewers stated, there was a problem with noisey neighbors in adjacent units. We could hear every footstep, toilet flush and much conversation until late at night and in the early morning. The furnace was right below our room and it also added to the noise. The neighborhood was nice and it was a great location. The actual accommodations were great, but the noise was detrimental.
The host was very friendly and punctual in addressing our initial hiccups. The bathroom was very nice. The beds, while visually plush, were much too soft for me, and I woke up sweaty due to the polyester sheets, but that is obviously personal preference. Some people don't mind polyester sheets and some people love soft beds! The kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the air conditioning as it was a hot few days, however, every time it shut on/off, it made a loud banging sound which occasionally woke us up. Our upstairs neighbors weren't overly loud, but the walls seemed so thin that every cough, laugh, or footstep sounded as if it was right next to us. The location was perfect for our needs. The thing I loved most about this place was how sparkling CLEAN it was. I think it was the cleanest place I have stayed in and that is one of the very most important things to me. There were no odors at all, including no air fresheners, which I so appreciated. It added to the clean feel and was nice for sensitive noses like mine. It was a good place, very comfort living room. If it was quieter with firmer beds it would have been 5 stars for me.
The unit was very clean, nice kitchen, well equipped, comfortable couch and beds and generally a very nice unit that I would have given a perfect score. These are of course very important . However, as was pointed out in an earlier review I read, it was the bottom unit of two or possibly three units and sounds from above transferred directly to our unit. In the review the noise was associated with having a child who ran around and we figured we would take our chances. But I don’t think it would matter much who was there. During Tuesday to Friday, the upper units were rented to utility workers which were Ok during the evening, but would tromp around between 5AM and 6AM in what must have been heavy work boots that woke all of us until they left for work, along with not lifting chairs when they moved them for breakfast, I guess. On the weekend there were several cars that had a party Saturday afternoon, which was loud like they were in our living room, but at least it was during the day. They also played music much later at night which was not as loud but still could be heard in our bedroom until we closed the closet door. In addition my friend who slept in the bedroom by the kitchen was woken at night by the loud noise at night by the loud noise made by the air conditioner whenever it kicked on. We eventually had to shut it off during the night which wasn’t too bad since the worst of the hot nights had passed.
