Excellent hotel and even better staff who were extremely helpful. This goes for everyone from check-in and reception to gym staff. Restaurant manager was excellent. Food and drink choice was also brilliant. Rooms were extremely spacious and clean. Gym was well equipped. Would stay here again!

It was rather noisy at night due to the national holiday celebration, which we learned at the time of check-out. We got a short phone ringing at the very early morning every day which caused us to awake. We did not have a good sleep during the stay. The location is good and we enjoyed the stay in Manama and Seef city.

Indeed, the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Seef district, close to the main City Malls, and surrounded by Cafes is appreciated by our guests, however, due to the cafes and food trucks surrounding it without a proper drive-through facility it is causing a lot of inconvenience to the hotel guests and we are truly not happy about it. This hotel needs supervision and a bit cleaning.
We were warmly greeted and welcomed by a professional person named Tia at the front desk. Unlike Mr. Gomaa at the front desk who was dry in the way he answers. He wasn’t even paying that much attention to what I say. At the breakfast buffet, the attendant explained that I can’t request more than one egg from the cook. But I can have as much from the buffet. After complaining to Managment they made me my second sunny side up but it had a hair in it. The pool guy was a bit kind of clingy and overreacting. I had my son to check the sauna while we were at the changing rooms. The lifeguard came and explained that it’s prohibited to have children at the sauna. We were standing for a minute only. If it wasn’t for Tia and Rajeef I wouldn’t recommend the stay. Other staff were super dry. The room was very small. Viewing windows super dirty. You can’t enjoy looking outside. The washroom had a brown dirt stain on the towels shelf.

I really enjoy the services at Swiss Belhotel, that’s what makes this hotel stand above others. You can offer all the luxury you want but if the staff is not efficient, it is not worth it. Something that the Swiss Belhotel knows how to do, to treat their guests very good, they never disappoint.

Not a family hotel. Severe traffic problem on Thursday/Friday (so far) my son almost struck by car driving wrong lane wrong direction while attempting to check into hotel. Must make repeated calls for room service as they don’t deliver in a timely manner. (1 hour for bottled water). Housekeeping cleaned room (sorta) made bed, gave new towels but left room service food to ferment in the day, floors are extremely dirty as we had to wash our feet prior to bed even after shower. Location is good for young travelers to enjoy social life being had outside the hotel doors. Bikers club, exotic car club or the off road club which are literally racing on the streets around the hotel. Not for a family.

We already made a request to the tourism and facilities & services to look at the matter. We really appreciate your efforts in providing feedback towards our level of service and facilities as this enables us to know the areas where we can still improve so we are very disappointed as well to learn that your stay has not been as satisfying and enjoyable as we would like it to be.
