Surrounding the pool are loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a beach visit, and a grassy area where children can play. A few steps lead up to a porch with a barbecue area, offering a delightful spot to enjoy meals while taking in distant sea views. The property is fenced, and there are nearby neighbors. The single-story home features a cozy design with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
