amazing and very relaxing

Our family was pleased to have stayed here. One of the most amazing beaches on the island and very easy to access other locations from. The home was well equipped and the owner was easy to work with and very helpful when I needed him. I would stay at this residence again!. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Idyllic beach-side apartment

We have had a beautiful time at this stunning apartment. We wanted a relaxing setting close to the beach and not overcrowded, and that is exactly what we got. There are plenty of decent restaurants in nearby places but would recommend having a car to explore the area. The beach is a minute’s walk down the steps and is lined with cafés and bars. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a convenient stay. The apartment was pristine when we arrived and everything was as described. We would definitely come again. A real find on a lovely island.

De woning was mooi schoon en was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens een weekje vakantie. Super blij met de airco gezien het 33+ graden was. Het uitzicht adembenemend. Meer dan genoeg ruimte zowel in als om het appartement. De traptreden 71 stuks zijn soms een uitdaging. De liggen maakt dit zekers goed.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super mit einem hervorragenden Blick auf das Meer. Die gegend ist ruhig und super für Erholung am Meer. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Lejligheden ligger skønt med udsigt over Cala Romantica. Standen og vandet var virkelig lækkert. Vi havde slet ikke behov for at besøge andre strande.Lejligheden er godt disponeret. Et stort køkken med alt hvad man har brug for. Stor stue og store værelser med aircondition i alle rum. Det bedste af det hele var den store terrasse med solsenge. Der er gratis parkering på en offentlig parkeringsplads. Det eneste minus var, at det var nærmest umuligt at få en plads, hvis man kommer midt på dagen. Men det kan værten jo ikke gøre for.Værten var utrolig venlig og nem at kommunikere med.Vi nød vores ophold i fulde drag, og kommer gerne igen.

Appartement is nog mooier dan op de foto's, heel schoon en netjes met een fijn balkon en geweldig uitzicht op het strand en de zee. Je hoort de zee zelfs binnen. Enige nadeel een trap met 71 treden voordat je er bent. Er is geen lift. Auto parkeren op een kleine parkeerplaats, waar ook de strandbezoekers parkeren. Overdag is hier geen plaats en moet je een heel stuk verderop parkeren (10 minuten lopen). Verder super plek!

Wundervolle Lage!

Wie waren zwar nur kurz in der Dona Maria aber wir haben den Ausblick geliebt! 1 Minute zum Strand und direkt mehrere Buchten um uns rum. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir haben die Zeit genossen. Ein kleiner Einkaufaladen ist 10 min Fußweg entfernt und viele Restaurants. Der außen Bereich ist noch viel großer als es auf den Fotos aussah. Gerne wieder !

Herrlich!

Einfach toll! Die Lage und Aussicht sind einfach fantastisch! Die Kommunikation hat’s leider nicht so toll geklappt, Bettwäsche wurden noch nach vorheriger Gaste „gerochen“ ich denke nicht das der Gastgeber schuld gewesen, sondern Putzfirma/Putzfrau. Haben leider einen halben Tag nach einreise gewaschen und getrocknet, aber das hat uns keinerlei den Urlaub und Erholung verdorben. Erholung pur. Auch ohne Klimaanlage war in der Wohnung garnicht so warm. Auf jeden Fall ist nur zu empfehlen! Und wir wurden auch gerne wieder kommen! Eigene Dusche vor der Eingang draussen ist genial! Der Strand und das Meer ist fabelhaft! Glasklare Wasser, sandiges Strand.

Endroit reposant et fonctionnel

L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes: situation idéale en bord de mer, superficie suffisante pour 4 personnes, équipements utiles et pratiques et sans oublier la propreté. Même si nous avons eu très chaud la nuit, nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Nous sommes ravis et nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Cala Romantica sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sauber und bequem. Dank der vorhandenen Heizungen hatten wir es trotz niedriger Novembertemperaturen sehr gemütlich. Der Blick über die Bucht ist wunderschön und wird uns noch lange in schöner Erinnerung bleiben.

Nette Wohnung für 4 Personen mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben die Wohnung "Dona Maria" für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. Bei Ankunft haben wir leider die Sauberkeit in der Küche (Geschirr) vermisst, erledigten wir dann aber selbst. Ansonsten fanden wir die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich vor. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Für alles entschädigt der wahnsinns Ausblick von der Terrasse, Erholung pur, in der Nähe gibt es einen SPAR-Markt für die kleinen Einkäufe, echt super. Es gibt einen Parkplatz (Schotterweg) oberhalb des Hauses, ist bisschen praktischer wie unten an der Strasse. Die Bucht ist ein Traum, für Kinder echt toll, die Beach-Bar ist klasse und alle Leute sind sehr nett. Das Hotel gegenüber hat durch die Animation Abwechslung reingebracht - zwecks Geräuschpegel - hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. 2 x in der Woche gibt es Life-Musik an der Beach-Bar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch super für Ausflüge u.s.w. Es fehlt leider in der Tat eine kleine Waschmaschine oder Waschgelegenheit und Fliegennetze an den Fenstern, vielleicht könnte man sich darüber noch Gedanken machen. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder mal ! Es war einfach herrlich.....(wir sind sonst Camper)

Tolles Appartment mit sensationellen Ausblick

Das Appartment ist traumhaft, der Ausblick wie auf den Fotos sensationell!Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Wohnen braucht. Schöne Handtücher, frische Bettwäsche...es war wirklich alles perfekt. Die Lage ist einzigartig, ein Auto ist von Vorteil, schon alleine zum Einkaufen.Trotz schlechten Wetter haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und es war immer schön "heimzukommen".Der Griller ist bei Schönwetter sicher der Hammer. Ich empfehle das Appartment zu 100%, besser kann man nicht wohnen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft, wenn wir nach Mallorca zurückkommen, möchte ich sofort wieder hier wohnen! Liebe Grüße, Sabine

Ein wahrer Traum

Kennt Ihr das, wenn man den Bildern in den Fewoanzeigen nicht ganz trauen will, weil sie einfach zu gut sind, um wahr zu sein? Die Vista del Mar trifft mit ihren Bildern und Beschreibungen allerdings voll ins Schwarze! Der Ausblick - traumhaft, die Lage - überragend, die Atmosphäre - ruhig und entspannend. Die Schrittweise Erneuerung der Wohnung kann sich sehen lassen und wir haben uns dort rund um wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch an Herrn Hamacher, der uns noch vor unserer Anreise auf alle Fragen schnelle Antwort gegeben hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :) Liebe Grüße Simon & Megan

Traumhaft schön und ideal zum Erholen

Von Anfang an habe ich mich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Jeder kennt bestimmt die Zweifel nach der Unterkunft, dem Strand oder all die Fragen die man hat wen die schönste Zeit des Jahres geplant und gebucht wird. Ein toller Service von Fewo und vom Vermieter die auch nach mehrmaligen fragen immer freundlich und umgehend alle fragen beantwortet haben. Von der Buchung über die Bezahlung bis hin zur Erstattung der Kaution war alles perfekt. Nur ein kleiner Hacken gab es, der Urlaub war viel zu schnell vorbei

Sehr kinderfreundlich, Strandnähe, viel Platz, sauber

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen wenn man auf Strand und Ruhe aus ist. Für Familien perfekt, weil es wirklich nur eine Minute bis zum Strand dauert. Die Bucht ist hübsch zum baden, das Wasser sehr angenehm auch für kleinere Kinder. Ohne Auto ist man dort aufgeschmissen, weil kein größerer Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Küche nicht mehr ganz neu aber ok und vor allem sauber. Was etwas schade war (und das kostet einen Stern): Es gab keine Rolläden und keine Insektengittern an den Fenstern. Ich erwarte keine Klimaanlage, aber Rolläden hätten schon sehr geholfen, die Hitze aus den Schlafräumen fernzuhalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und unsere drei Kinder auch!
