Each floor has a bedroom. For bookings of two guests or fewer, you will have access only to the upper floor; exceptions are possible on request. For the 3rd and 4th guest, the downstairs studio with bedroom 2 is available with a separate PIN.



    The house is located in the bay south of Cala Anguila - Cala Mendia, just a short walk from Cala Romantica beach.



    This highly rated two-storey holiday home features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen upstairs, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV with DVD player, air conditioning/heating, and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are also provided.



    The private outdoor area offers a rock garden and a barbecue. You can also enjoy the partly covered terrace off the living room (with sea view over the bay). Public transport is accessible on foot via the construction site in Cala Mendia, H= Punta Reina, line 427 (every 30 minutes) to Porto Cristo (harbor). From there, hourly airport bus A42 or Palma city center 401.



    A car parking space is available at the property; additional free street parking is available in the evenings. Families with children are very welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
