2 bedroom apartment in Calas de Mallorca with an amazing communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach.



This apartment is located on the ground floor of a block of apartments called es Mirador. It has a nice garden around the house with parking space, palm trees and a covered terrace with a chillout, the communal pool in front of the house is very large, over 15 meters long, it also has a children's pool and 2 Jacuzzis.



We access the house through the garden directly to the white-tone dining room, where there is a sofa area in front of the TV and a dining table, an open plan kitchen separates the fully equipped kitchen from the dining room; at the end of the kitchen, there is the laundry room. At the back of the dining room, there is an interior terrace with a dining table.



The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; one of the rooms has two single beds, and the other room, a double bed with an en suite bathroom with bathtub.



It is an ideal apartment for a family with children.

Schöne Wohnung, Umgebung so lala

Die Wohnung ist toll, groß, gut ausgestattet, die 2 Schlafzimmer waren genau richtig für uns. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war vorbildlich, auf Deutsch und sehr flott. Unsere Wünsche wurden zügig erfüllt. Verbessern würde ich die Ausstattung der Terrasse, ein paar Liegestühle wären toll, um es sich dort gemütlich zu machen. Die Appartmentanlage selbst ist sehr schön und ruhig, nur die Animation des gegenüber liegenden Hotels hat ein wenig gestört. Der Poolbereich ist ca. 100m entfernt, sehr gepflegt und wenig besucht. Toll ist der große Kinderpool, dort kann man die Kleinen entspannt planschen lassen. Die Umgebung ist allerdings Geschmackssache. Calas de Mallorca ist ein reiner Touristenort, die Restaurants sind nicht besonders schön und laut, die kleinen Supermärkte extrem teuer und generell gibt es so etwas wie eine Innenstadt zum Zeit Vertreiben nicht. Der nächste Strand war leider mit kleinen Steinen bedeckt. Man braucht also definitiv ein Auto, um größere Einkäufe zu erledigen, einen Ausflug zu machen oder z.B. zum wirklich schönen Strand Cala Domingos petit beim Hotel Iberostar zu kommen. Empfehlen kann ich die Autovermietung Roig im Ortszentrum, günstig und top Autos.

Apartamento grande. Perfecto para una familia.

El apartamento era una planta baja, con dos habitaciones, dos baños completos , lavadora, lavavajillas, parking. La zona de la piscina muy tranquila y muy bien cuidada. Del apartamento no se puede mejorar nada, estaba todo perfecto.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Agentur einwandfrei. Schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Minuspunkt ist das in der Nähe liegende hotel. Abends war es doch etwas lauter.
