The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped main kitchen is the ground floor, a kitchenette on the upper floor, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning (available in 4 rooms and operates from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am), a TV as well as a washing machine. The property has antique furniture that has been carefully restored and preserved. On top of that, a private gym is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Moreover, two additional bathrooms are located in the pool house and gym. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking is not allowed. Bei der Ankunft (es war schon mitternacht) fanden wir auf Anhieb das Schlafzimmer und die Küche im Nebengebäude nicht - wahrscheinlich weil man uns den Schlüssel nicht an die entsprechende Stelle gelegt hatte. Da es bereits dunkel war die Suche erst nach einer halben Stunde als erfolgreich - sehr zur Freude derer, die in diesem Zimmer schlafen sollten. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gewählt und passt hervorragend zum alten Gebäude. Die Lage ist wegen der Nähe an Manacor super und bietet so viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Griffterasse mit Gasgrill am Pool lädt zu langen Abenden ein, vom Turm hat man einen phantastischen Ausblick auf Manacor. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen, sie war jeden Euro wert. Bei der Ankunft (es war schon mitternacht) fanden wir auf Anhieb das Schlafzimmer und die Küche im Nebengebäude nicht - wahrscheinlich weil man uns den Schlüssel nicht an die entsprechende Stelle gelegt hatte. Da es bereits dunkel war die Suche erst nach einer halben Stunde als erfolgreich - sehr zur Freude derer, die in diesem Zimmer schlafen sollten. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gewählt und passt hervorragend zum alten Gebäude. Die Lage ist wegen der Nähe an Manacor super und bietet so viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Griffterasse mit Gasgrill am Pool lädt zu langen Abenden ein, vom Turm hat man einen phantastischen Ausblick auf Manacor. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen, sie war jeden Euro wert. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist trotzdem perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Leider gab es diesmal einige Defekte (Klimageräte funktionierten nicht, einmal morgens kein Fließwasser und anschließend eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad), die aber nach kurzen Telefonaten sehr rasch behoben wurden. Der Besitzer war immer sehr bemüht und die Techniker rasch vor Ort.Rückblickend war es wieder ein traumhafter Urlaub. Die Kids spielten jeden Tag Tennis im nahe gelegenen Tenniscenter von Rafael Nadal.Am späten Nachmittag heizten wir den Griller an und genossen bei Fisch und Wein den Sonnenuntergang. Die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr weg und ich bin mir sicher, dass wir bald wiederkommen.Danke an den Vermieter für die schöne und saubere Unterbringung!!!
