The house consists of entrance hall, lounge with fireplace and plasma
TV, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and
has a total of six bedrooms, all en suite very spacious, each room has a
sofa, armchairs , shower, jacuzzi, TV SAT, mini bar fridge, hairdryer,
safe, music, internet wifi ...
Three bedrooms are on the ground floor and four upstairs.
Gardens, swimming pool with sun terrace, outdoor shower, sunbeds and garden furniture.
The nearest beach is in Porto Cristo is approx. 15 km. from the house.
In Manacor only ten minutes by car will find supermarkets, restaurants, tennis courts, horses, etc.
In the same plot is this other house R-1931 with capacity for 12 people
Note: The use of the air conditioning is to be paid according to consumption (0.30 €/kWh).
