It has a capacity for 6 guests. Outside the property, the refreshing saltwater pool stands out, measuring 8 x 4 meters and having a depth of 0.8 to 1.9 meters. It is also fenced, for the safety of the little ones. Several porches and terraces invite you to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather. With the barbecue, you can taste delicious grilled meat and vegetables. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. Inside, the 2-story house has a traditional and cozy style. The large dining room is equipped with a sat TV, AC with a heating pump, comfy sofas and armchairs, and a large table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub and an electric radiator where you will also find the washing machine. In another separate room, you will find the iron, the ironing board, and space for the suitcases. The 3 bedrooms with AC with heating pump are on the top floor. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and an electric radiator and the other 2 have twin beds. We can also provide you with two cots and two high chairs if you are traveling with your babies. Finally, at the property, you will find a baby changing table, a bed rail for children, 2 portable fans, 3 electric heaters, beach umbrellas, a fenced play area, and pool inflatables. The property is located near Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana, and Cala Mandía, three small beaches with golden sand and beautiful turquoise waters. In Porto Cristo, you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay, as well as shops, bars, and restaurants. Another attraction in the area is the Drac caves, under which one of the largest underground lakes in the world is hidden. \- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00. \- The chimney on the roof is decorative. \- Pets are not allowed. \- The holding of events is forbidden. \- There is exterior parking for 4 cars. \- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa.
